What CORE is
The human-risk loop CORE runs, and how the pieces fit together.
HumanRisk Shield CORE measures how people actually behave with risk, coaches them at the moment it matters, scores what is left, and produces the evidence that it improved.
The loop
- Measure. Every simulation result, completed lesson, acknowledged policy and exposure finding becomes a signal against a person.
- Coach. A person who clicks a simulated lure lands on a teachable moment rather than a scolding, and picks up targeted remediation.
- Score. Those signals roll into a ShieldScore for each person, and the mean of the active learners is the organisation's score. See ShieldScore.
- Prove. The executive overview, the reports and the compliance map turn the same data into something a board or an auditor will accept.
Nothing in that loop is a survey. Every number traces back to something a person did or did not do.
The five pillars
- HRS Learn — the LMS: modules, lessons, assignments, the lesson theater.
- HRS Hub — the content ecosystem the library draws from.
- HRS Exchange — marketplace and distribution, including partner-authored content.
- HRS ShieldScore — the scoring model.
- HRS Smart Reinforcement — automated remediation that fires off a signal.
Two products stand alongside CORE rather than inside it. HRS Triage handles reported phishing and has its own console and its own documentation. HRS Exposure watches what attackers can already find out about your people.
Which portal you are in
CORE serves three audiences from one codebase, and the surface changes with your role:
- Learner portal — your own training, your own score, nothing about anyone else.
- Client portal at
/admin— your organisation: its people, programme and risk. - Partner console at
/msp— an MSP's whole book of client organisations.
HRS staff have a fourth, the HRS Console, and never appear as learners or occupy a seat.
Where to go next
- New to the product: Find your way around.
- Running a programme: The executive overview.
- Setting one up from scratch: Launch checklist.
